A skit on the Daily Show plays Facebook’s business model for laughs.

My take: Tune into Peter Pachal’s post-WWDC MashTalk podcast for my take on Apple vs. Facebook. The contrast between their business models in today’s political climate couldn’t be more stark, and Apple took several opportunities during Monday’s keynote to rub it in.

    Of course, capitalizing on polarization fuelled by manufactured conflict is nothing new.

    While they preach unity and peace, politics and religion depend on the “us versus them” mentality for their survival.
