Trader sees V-shaped recovery for Apple (video)

From "Amazon, Microsoft and Apple are going to have a V-shaped recovery" which aired Wednesday on CNBC:

Joe Terranova, Virtus Investment Partners chief market strategist, joins the 'Halftime Report' to discuss tech stocks.

My take: I'd like to understand what Jim Cramer saying, but it's getting harder and harder. Is it just me, or is he swallowing more words that he used to?

He swallows, but also my ears swallow more than they used to!

Yeah, I’m hearing impaired too. And yes, Cramer is getting worse.

The points still hold about interest rates and PE ratios. Fortunately, Apple is fine; AAPL has already priced this in.

Jim truly would benefit from speech therapy sessions targeted for adults. He has extremely poor enunciation of words exacerbated through fast speech. It only is going to get worse as Jim ages, his body changes with weakened vocal cord muscles, throat and declining cognitive abilities.

It would be judicious for Jim’s professional career and for CNBC to start now speech therapy sessions. His voice quality will continue declining in the coming months and years, as it does for us all as we age. The worse case scenario for his recent decline in speech clarity would be mini-strokes, and hopefully that has not happened. Jim should, though, have a complete medical evaluation to see if there may be some other medical condition contributing to his speech decline, which is as you say, quite noticeable of late.

My comments are not to denigrate Jim, because aging affects the speech of everyone. Jim’s situation, though, is very noticeable, getting worse, and because of his broadcasting position should be professionally and medically evaluated.

Perhaps Jim’s enunciation issues are attributable to those loud noise makers he’s constantly pushing on his Mad Money show. Really in some ways not much difference than sitting directly in front of those massive speakers at a rock band concert at a huge venue we all did as stupid kids who didn’t know any better.

I’ll always be appreciative of Jim for his constant reminder to everyone while he holds up that bright red Apple and passionately states: “Apple! Own it, don’t trade it!”
