What Apple is being sued for now

Among the issues: An airplane crash, an e-book settlement, slowed-down iPhones and a janky keyboard.

A partial list:

My take: Knowing nothing about the merits of any of these lawsuits, my working assumption is that everybody wants a piece of the Apple cash hoard. Especially the lawyers.

    The second in your list is the class action suit on reliability issues with the butterfly keyboards on the MacBook and MacBook Pro. I think this suit may get traction.

    I don’t have one of the computers in question but I’ve heard first hand from people who do and have had stuck keys. Apple has handled it well so far, replacing keyboards and entire upper decks of affected computers, but it seems to be happening a lot which may mean that there’s a design issue.
